Last Rites Tomorrow for Mrs. B. B. Bailey
Mrs. Pansy Blossom Bailey, wife of B. B. Bailey, prominent local merchant, died this morning, Thursday (November 13, 1952) at their home in Malden. She had been Ill for six years and critically ill for the past eight months. (she died of Breast Cancer)
Funeral Services for Mrs. Bailey will be held Friday, Nov 14, at 3:00 p.m. at the Malden Methodist Church. The Rev. Otto L. Dvorak will officiate with burial in Memorial Park Cemetery. The Day Funeral home in charge of arrangements.
Mrs. Bailey was born on April 22, 1902, in Hickman Kentucky, the daughter of George Rudolf and Dora Augusta Kittenger Glaser. On Dec 25, 1919 was married to Britten Bogey(BB) Bailey in Hickman, KY. They had made their home in Malden for the past 31 years.
Mrs. Bailey is survived by her husband, one daughter, Mrs. Miriam Lanelle Sturgeon; three sons, Galen Rudolf, Billy Glaser, and Charles Richard Bailey, all of Malden, one grandson Galen Ray; one brother, Charles Glaser, and two sisters, Mrs. B.W.(Benjamin) Posey, and Miss Faye Glaser all of Hickman, Kentucky
