Kimberly Kay Powell, 53, Henderson, died at midnight Monday, March 15, 2010, at Redbanks Towers.
She was a member of Haven Pentecostal Church.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Martin and Gearldine Adams.
Survivors include one daughter, Paula Capote of Lake Helen, Fla.; one son, Darrell T. Powell of Henderson; three brothers, Gerald Adams and Steve Adams, both of Henderson, and Howell Embrey of Colleen, Texas; two grandchildren; nieces and nephews.
Services will be at noon Friday at Tapp Funeral Home. The Rev. Willard Clement will officiate. Burial will be in Fairmont Cemetery.
Friends may call from 4 to 8 p.m. today and after 9 a.m. Friday at the funeral home.
Expressions of sympathy may take the form of contributions to Abundant Life Assembly of God.
