Death location not confirmed but was probably in Oklahoma Territory and maybe in Roger Mills County. Unknown if the location would have been in the Roger Mills County that later became Beckham County as cemetery is now close to the Beckham county line. Only newspaper accounts assumed to be his father are in 1906 as a witness on a land claim about 3 miles NW of Hammon and in 1911 when he bought land west of Hammon, Oklahoma.
