She was born on November 16, 1912, in Waterloo, Iowa, daughter of John and Mary Braley. Ella was married to Edward Vern Powers on November 16, 1938, In Madison. Ella was a homemaker and general hospital worker. She currently resided in Chetek, WI.
She was preceded In death by her parents; her husband, Edward Vern; three brothers; and two sisters.
Burial will be in the St. Boniface Catholic Cemetery, Chetek, WI.
