LAKE WORTH - J.D. Dodd, 95, a carman's helper, died Wednesday, Feb. 14, 2001, at a local care center.
Graveside service: 2:30 p.m. Friday in Mount Olivet Cemetery.
J.D. Dodd was born June 26, 1905, in Files Valley. He was a Fort Worth resident for more than 70 years.
He was a member of the Northwest Church of Christ and was preceded in death by his wives, Wilma Dodd and Bertha Dodd.
Survivors: Stepdaughters, Marie Cox of Granbury, Walterine Vinson of Runaway Bay and Ernestine Tucker of Denton; stepsons, Harold Graves of Bridgeport and Lewis Graves of Richland Hills; several nieces and nephews, including Nathlene Teague of Fort Worth; several grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
