(1) "PALMER, GEORGE W.—Age, 18 years. Enlisted, August 7, 1862, at Schenectady, to serve three years; mustered in as private, Co. A, September 22, 1862; wounded in action, June 19, 1864, at Lost Mountain, Ga.; died of his wounds July 19,1864; also borne as Parmer."
