Roy was the son of Charlie & Clara Coffey Allman and the husband of Ruth Carson Allman.
At the time of his death, he was survived by his parents and his wife, one daughter, a grandchild; and a brother, Dale Allman.
His funeral service was held on June 13, 1957 at Locust Grove Baptist Church, conducted by Rev. Lester Edwards and Dr. H.B. Dendy.
Pallbearers were Billy Myers, Claude Cantrell, Ed Ball, Robie Haney, Houston Williams, Ralph Buckner, Talmadge Roberts and Richard Morgan.
Burial: Locust Grove Baptist Church Cemetery.
