REUBEN M. ACKER
Of Martinsburg, died suddenly yesterday morning at 11 o'clock of a heart attack. He was born at Clover Creek, Martinsburg R. D., Nov. 9, 1868, a son of John S. and Mary (Sorrick) Acker. He was married April 18, 1905, in Hollidaysburg to Miss Minnie Isenberg, who survives with one sister, Mrs. Ida Foster, Martinsburg, one brother, Charles O. Acker, Martinsburg, R. D., and several nieces and nephews. He was a member of St. Matthews Lutheran church in Martinsburg. He spent part of his life farming at Clover Creek but retired to Martinsburg in 1909. Friends will be received at the home.

ACKER-Funeral services for Reuben M. Acker of Martinsburg,will be conducted Sunday afternoon at 2:30 o'clock in St. Matthew's Lutheran church, Martinsburg, in charge of the pastor, Rev. Paul Keller assisted by Rev. D. L. Shaffer. Interment in the Fairview cemetery, Martinsburg. Friends will be received at the home after 6 o'clock this evening.
