ROHWEDDER - Augusta, wife of Joachim Rohwedder, died at her home 810 N. Hickory St. at 8:30 p.m. May 30, 1929, aged 73 years. Survived by her husband, two daughters Mrs. Annie Berner of Irving Park, Chicago and Augusta, one son Emil, of Elgin, Illinois, two brothers William of Royal Center, Ind. and John Marx of Blue Island and sisters Mrs. Henrietta Baumbach, Mrs. Sophie Meyer, Mrs. Mary Schultz, Mrs. John Rohrdanz, all of Blue Island, seven grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. Mrs. Rohwedder lived in Joliet 49 years. The funeral will take place from the home Saturday afternoon at and 2 o'clock at St. Peter's Lutheran Church. The remains will be taken to the home this afternoon at 4 o'clock from the Wunderlich Harris and Sonntag chapel. Rev. Carl Kurth will officiate at funeral. Burial in Elmhurst cemetery.
