Oscar W. Gift died Wednesday noon at his home in Sharpsburg of a heart attack after an illness of a few minutes. He was a member of Magnolia Lodge, No. 74, Knights of Pythias.
Surviving are: Wife, Lucinda H. Gifft; sister, Mrs. Estella Bussard, Trego; brothers, Ivan Gifft, West Virginia, and Mayberry Gifft, Trego. Several nieces and nephews also survive.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday afternoon at 3:00 o'clock at the Lutheran Church, Sharpsburg with the Rev. H.D. Chapman officiating. Interment in Mountain View cemetery, Sharpsburg. Pallbearers will be from the K. of P.
