Graveside service for Ronnie Ray Becker, 56, will begin at 10 a.m. Tuesday at the Hatley Cemetery in Pullman, Memorial service will be held at 1 p.m. Tuesday at Sprague Community Church In Sprague, Wash. Danekas Funeral Home in Ritzville is in charge of arrangements.

Mr. Becker, who was born in Ritzville, died Wednesday. He was a lifelong resident of Sprague.

He graduated from Sprague High School in 1964. He then served in the Navy from 1965 to 1968. After his discharge he returned to Sprague and began farming for Charles Miller. He later leased a farm north of Sprague.

Mr. Becker owned an excavation business for a time and also operated Ron's Towing for more than 10 years. During the past few years he had farmed for Eldon Clark and managed a farm in Warden, Wash.

Survivors include his wife, Janet; three sons, Kody Becker of Ritzville, Jamie Becker of Spokane and Chris Canaday of Sprague; four daughters, Rosa Becker of Spokane, Cindy Hopke of Burlington, Wash., and Canaday and Trina Fogleman, both of Sprague; his mother, Clara Becker of Sprague; a brother, Larry Becker of Spokane; and 13 grandchildren.
