Gerald Lewis Cashdollar, 52, died Thursday, May 27, 2004 at his residence. He was the husband of Brenda D. (Krebs) Cashdollar to whom he was married for 11 years on Sept. 5, 2003. Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Sunday at Heffner Funeral Chapel & Crematory, Inc., 1551 Kenneth Road, York. The Rev. Leonard E. Shertzer, Chaplain of East York Optimist Club. Private burial will be in Mount Rose Cemetery. A viewing will be from 1 to 2 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home. Born September 12, 1951 in Pittsburgh, a son of Oliver and Geraldine (Walker) Cashdollar of Evans City, Pa., he was a graduate of Seneca Valley High School in Harmony, Pa. and also a graduate of Grove City College. He worked at Stauffer's Biscuit Co. Mr. Cashdollar was a member of Optimist Club of East York. In addition to his wife, Mr. Cashdollar is survived by two sons, Timothy and Matthew Cashdollar; a daughter, Kelly Cashdollar; four stepdaughters, Tammy King of Mt. Wolf, Lori Moreland of Eldridge, Iowa, Melissa Hearlth of Red Lion, and Hope Amoson of Erie; nine grandchildren; and a greatgrandson, Reilly S. Moreland; two brothers, David O. Cashdollar of Grove City and John R. Cashdollar of Evans City; two nieces, Madeline Gregory of Atlanta, Ga. and Rachel Cashdollar of Evans City; and two nephews, Timothy Cashdollar of Seven Fields, Pa. and Daniel Cashdollar of Evans City. He was preceded in death by a grandson, Jeremy Scott Moreland ""Our Little Angel."" Memorial contributions may be made to American Cancer Society, in memory of Jeremy Scott Moreland, 924-N Colonial Avenue, York, PA 17403.
