PONTIAC - The funeral of Maude (Audas) McPherson, 87, of Pontiac will be at 11 a.m. Thursday at Graymont Baptist Church, the Rev. Mike Hillyer officiating. She will be cremated and inurnment will be at 10:30 a.m. Saturday at Drummer Township Cemetery, Gibson City. Visitation will be for two hours prior to the service Thursday at the church. Duffy Funeral Home, Pontiac, has charge of arrangements. She died at 8:15 p.m. Monday (July 22, 1996) at Pontiac Haven. Memorials may be made to Graymont Baptist Church.
Survivors include one daughter, Remona Fuss Jaicomo, Pontiac; one brother, Knoxel Audas, Dunmore, Ky.; seven grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
Mrs. McPherson was born Jan. 20, 1909, in Dunmore, Ky., to Isaac S. and Ethel Baugh Audas. She married Henry McPherson July 8, 1934, in Russellville, Ky. He died Sept. 30, 1984.
One son, one daughter, four brothers and two sisters preceded her in death.
She was a member of Graymont Baptist Church, sang in the church choir for 20 years, and was a past member of Baptist Missionary Society. She attended grade school in Dunmore. She was a homemaker.
