Mr. Brizendine was preceded in death by his parents, James and Artie Lou Madden Brizendine; and one son, Raymond Brizendine.
He is survived by his wife, Beverly Hill Brizendine of De Queen; two daughters, Angela Alme of Ellicott City, Maryland and Beverly Stockwell of Pearland, Texas; one son, Richard Brizendine of Houston, Texas; one brother, William J. Brizendine of Pasadena, Texas and several grandchildren, great-grand children, nieces and nephews.
Graveside Funeral Services for Mr. Brizendine will be held at 11:00 a.m., Monday, October 1, 2012 in the Redmen Cemetery, under the direction of Wilkerson Funeral Home in De Queen.
