Harold E. Burger, 92, Dwight, passed away at 1:53 a.m. Thursday (Sept. 27, 2012) at Heritage Health, Dwight.
He was born May 12, 1920 at Goodfarm Township, son of Martin G. and Louise Hahn Burger. He married Lois N. Jackson on July 14, 1946 in Dwight. She preceded him in death on Jan. 26, 2009. He was also preceded in death by his parents; three brothers, Walter, Leo and Helmuth Burger and one sister, Helen Grieff.
Surviving are one brother, Ralph; two sons, Keith (Cecilia) Burger and Bill (Shelly) Burger; one daughter, Jan Burger; two grandchildren, Meagan and Ryan Burger and two stepgrandchildren, Joann and Emily Weller.
