She was born December 23, 1917 to Glen and Katherine Beinhart Clubb near Sigourney. She attended Johnson country school. On October 30, 1940 she married Karl R. Nimtz in Keswick, Iowa. They lived and farmed in Van Buren Township until retiring and moved into Sigourney in 1974. She was a member of the Unite Methodist Church, UMW and the Martha Circle.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Karl on October 20, 1986, three brothers Delbert, Kenneth and Keith Clubb.
She is survived by her children Maurice(Julie)Nimtz of Sigourney, Carol Sue(Dave)Bennett of Zephyhill, Florida, four grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren, sister Anna Lou Cochrane of Sigourney, brother Stanley Clubb of Mexico, Missouri, many nieces and nephews.
Graveside Service: 10 am Monday, Pleasant Grove Cemetery - Sigourney. Burial: Plasant Grove Cemetery. A memorial fund has been established.
