ALICE E. DEVINE HOBAUGH, 79, Morgantown, formerly of Indianapolis, died Sept.30. She was a technical secretary 20 years for Hook's Drug Stores, retiring in 1987. Previously, she worked 13 years in the tube department for RCA Corp. She was a member of Veterans of Foreign Wars Auxiliary, Moose Lodge 17 and Holy Spirit Catholic Church. Memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer's Association. Services: 10 a.m., Oct. 4 in Shirley Brothers Irving Hill Chapel, with calling from 4 to 8 p.m. Oct. 3. Entombment: Washington Park East Cemetery. She was the widow of Arvin E. Hobaugh. Survivors: sons, Kenneth W. Hobaugh, William Devine; brothers, Alford, Jimmy, William Devine; sister, Elizabeth Miller; six grandchildren; 13 great grandchildren.
