Mrs. Evelyn Mae Daulton, 62, 2426 N. D St., died Sunday morning in Mercy Hospital following an illness of several months.

Born Jan. 2, 1915, she was the daughter of Charles and Emma Collier. She formerly was employed at Dickey Nursing Home and was a member of the First Church of God.

Surviving is the husband, Walter; four sons, Gary Hays and Jeff Hays, both of Elwood, Danny Hays of Alexandria and David Hays of Virginia; three daughters, Mrs. Sandy Sprankle of Albion, Ind., Mrs. Sue Ann Shetterly of Anderson and Mrs. Teresa McCreary of Elwood; one brother, Howard Collier of Elwood and two sisters, Luvagh Stage and Mrs. Hattie Day, both of Elwood, 16 grandchildren and one great grandchild.

Friends will be received at the Dunnichay Funeral Home after, 2 p.m. Tuesday where services will be held at 1 p.m. on Wednesday with the Rev. Ray Norville officiating. Burial will be in the Elwood City Cemetery.
