formerly of Pontiac Terrace
Apartments, died Sunday at Harr-
Wood Nursing Home.
Mrs. Alton was a native of Oswego.
She was a member of St. Joseph's
Church and the Lord's Delight.
She also served as a chaplain
at the Pontiac Terrace Apartments.
Mrs. Alton also worked for
the election commission in the 7th
Ward for more than 40 years.
Surviving are two daughters,
Terri Audlin and Marilyn Hillick.
boih of Oswego: three sons, William
and Edward, both of Oswego.
and John of Glendale, Ariz.; 19
grandchildren; and several greatgrandchildren,
nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be at 8:30 at Dowdle Funeral home
and 9 a m in St. Joseph's
Church. Burial will be in All Saints
Mausoleum.
Calling hours will be 2 to 4 and 7
to 9 p.m. today at the funeral home.
