Born in Dermott, Ark., Mrs. Bedgood lived in Madison Parish for 70 years. She was a homemaker and a member of Willow Bayou Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her husband, William Albert Bedgood; a son, Henry Bedgood; a daughter, Linda Lewis; a stepson, Albert Bedgood; and a stepdaughter, Carolyn Garland.
She is survived by three sons, Melvin Bedgood, Ronnie Bedgood and Steve Bedgood, all of Tallulah; three daughters, Betty Hammond of Calhoun, La., Dora Antley of Bastrop and Joyce Spencer of West Monroe; 17 grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren.
Services were at 2 p.m. Sunday at Crothers-Glenwood Funeral Home with the Rev. Charles Gaston officiating. Burial followed at Memorial Park Cemetery.
