MORRISONVILLE — Mrs. Anna Mae Sorrell. 60, a life-long resident of Morrisonville, died Monday at the
CVPH Medical Center after a
short illness.
She was the wife of the late Glenn
Sorrell
she leaves a son. Thomas Sorrell
of Morrisonvilte; two daughters/
Mrs. Arthur (Glenda) Goddeau of
Cadyvill and Mrs. Francis (Mary)
Raposa of Morrisonvilie; her mother
Mrs. Victoria Lewis of
Morrisonv.; a brother, Chester
Lewis. Mrs. Francis (Velma) Farrell of
Plattsburgh and Mrs, Helen Siddon
of Morrisonville; three granddaughters.
Mrs. Sorrell was a member of St.
Alexander's Church, the Morrisdnville
Fire Department Auxiliary
and the Altar-Rosary Society.
She had been tax collector for the
Town of Plattsburgh for the past
eight years and had been an employee
of Merkals and Kassels stores.
Funeral services will be held Friday
at St. Alexander's Church with
burial in the parish cemetery..
