Margaret Van Mill 86 of Bemidji died on September 18, 2012 at the Good Samaritan Center in Clearbrook, MN.
A Memorial Service will be held on Monday, September 24, 2012 at 1:00 PM at the Cease Family Funeral Home in Bagley, MN with Pastor Verlyn Strenge officiating. Interment will be at the Bagley City Cemetery in Bagley, MN. The Cease Family Funeral Home of Bagley assisted with the arrangements.
Margaret was born January 6, 1926 in Ada, MN the daughter of William and Clare (Krause) Wilkens. She was raised on a farm near Ada where she attended country school. She married Howard Van Mill on June 10, 1948. They moved to a farm near Alida, MN where Margaret was employed by Nelson Eggs and moved into Bagley in 1963. Howard passed away in 1973. In 1985 she moved to Texas where she worked at an air force base. She moved to Bemidji in 1995 and in 2005 to the Good Samaritan Center in Clearbrook.
She is survived by her- Daughters- Clare Dennis of Newark, Delaware Linda Branden of Bagley, MN Betty (James ) Day of Leander, Texas Sons- Robert Van Mill of Bagley, MN Dean (LaVonne) Van Mill of Austin, Texas Mike Van Mill of Fosston, MN 21 grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, son- Thomas, Daughters- Mary Lou Fahrlander and Debra Kelm; and 2 sisters and 3 brothers.
