Braintree January 30 – Funeral services for Richard Obediah Hull, 80, husband of Clara W. (Jones) Hull, of 277 Union Street, who died yesterday at the Weymouth Hospital after a two week illness will be held from the Russell Funeral Home , 479 Washington Street, with Rev. William H. Marsell, Pastor of the Braintree Baptist Church, officiating. Burial will be in the Plain Street Cemetery.
Born in New Harbour, Nova Scotia, Mr. Hull had been living in Braintree for 63 years. He was a carpenter by trade.
Surviving are his wife: two sons, Ralph O. Hull of Braintree and Harry W. Hull of Middleboro: four Daughters, Mrs. Miriam Holmes of Brockton,, Mrs. Hazel VanWinklein of Malden, Mrs. Mildred Smith of West Roxbury, and Mrs. Ruth Eason of East Braintree: 12 grandchildren: 12 great-grandchildren; one brother, John Hull of Lancaster and three sisters, Mrs. John Nickerson of Sebring, Fla.; Mrs. William Henderson of Detroit, Mich., and Mrs. Mary Tanner of Nova Scotia.
