Daughter of Ernest Buker and Aida Pearl Bennett. She married Charles Bennet Strike in 1918 and they are the parents of Charles Bennett, Alta Leona, Emma Rose, Robert Bennett, Charles Junior, Ethel Mayne, Betty Lou, Montana Lucille, Donald Leonard, Delores Adelle, James Lynn and Loretta Helen Strike. Both Charleses died in infancy and Robert died of a gunshot wound at age 17.
Ethel would next marry Samuel J Sangwin. She was in care here four years before succumbing to an acute respiratory infection. She had been admitted from Butte. Delores, Donald and Loretta were placed in the Montana Orphanage and can be seen there in the 1950 census.
Her daughter, Ethel, also died here, of Huntington's Disease.
