MT. VERNON - Services for a Mt. Vernon resident of 32 years, Lenard Teague, 72, were at 1:30 p.m. Sunday in the Max I. Fossett Chapel here with the Rev. James Marlett officiating. Burial was in Smart Cemetery near Billings. Mr. Teague died at 1:30 p.m. Thursday in the Missouri State Chest Hospital here after a long illness. He was a retired farmer and a member of the Billings Baptist Church. Survivors include his wife, Lurla Jane; three daughters, Mrs. Helen Caul, La Crosse, Wis., Mrs. Mildred Little, Lake Lotawane and Mrs. June Hicks, Republic; three brothers, Robert of Marionville, Alfred of Billings and Howard of Clever; two sisters, Mrs. Mary Naples, Seattle, Wash. and Mrs. Gladys Sims, Ozark; 15 grandchildren and nine great grandchildren.
