Mr. Keith was the husband of Lydia Ledbetter Keith. Mr. and Mrs. Keith were married, December 28, 1892, in Blue Earth County, Minnesota. Mrs. Keith survived her husband, passing away in 1947.

LONG BEACH, Feb. 3 (AP) After an illness of three weeks, Frank Esper Keith, 65 years of age, former Oklahoma State Senator, later assistant City Manager of Long Beach, died at his home here today.

Coming here thirteen years ago. he had been prominent in various civic affairs, serving in 1929-30 as assistant City Manager. He leaves his widow, Mrs. Lydia J. Keith, and a daughter, Mrs. Harold E. Guichard of Glendora, and two sons, Kenneth of Claremore, Okla., and Glenn of Medford, Or.
