MRS. BELL WHITWORTH
DIES IN OKLAHOMA CITY


Webb City, Mo., July 6. -- Mrs. Bell Whitworth, widow of John Whitworth, and member of a pioneer family of this vicinity, died today at her home in Oklahoma City.

Mrs. Whitworth resided for many years on the old Whitworth farm, now known as the Linnwood addition, west of Webb City. Her husband died about 20 years ago.

The body will be received by the Webb City Undertaking Company and burial services will be at 9 o'clock Tuesday morning in Webb City cemetery with the Rev. Edwin York, Christian church minister, officiating. A daughter, Mrs. Mattie Ferguson of Oklahoma City, survives. Will Whitworth, who resides on the Joplin North Main street road, is a stepson.
