A. Dale Eby, infant, died unexpectedly at 8:59 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 31, 2004, in Milton S. Hershey Medical Center, Hershey.
He was the son of Ardell R. and Pauline V. Horst Eby.
An addition to his parents, surviving are a brother, Curtis L. Eby; and two sisters, Janelle F. Eby and Brenda S. Eby.

Services were Thursday at Waynecastle Mennonite Church, Waynesboro. The Waynecastle Mennonite Church Ministry officiated. Burial in the adjoining church cemetery.
