Ruby Ernestine Mattingly passed away in Chino, CA, on Saturday, September 16, 2012. Ruby was born in Greene County, Indiana, January 6, 1927. She lived in Indianapolis, Indiana before moving to Ontario for the pasted 18 years. She was preceded by her parents, Ebert and Lucretia Allsopp, and two brothers, Charles and Jack Allsopp. Ruby grew up in the Bloomfield Indiana After her family moved to Indianapolis she met and eventually marring her husband Thomas Nolen Mattingly. That's when I came into the picture her son Thomas T Mattingly. I loved my mom with all my heart and will truly miss her. She will be greatly missed by everyone! Funeral arrangements will be held at Riverside National Cemetery, 22495 Van Buren Boulevard, Riverside, CA 92518, 951-653-8417 on Thursday, September 27 , 2012 at 1:15pm at staging area #3.
