ERVIN, RONNY LEE - age 51, of Clinton, TN, passed away Tuesday, September 18, 2012, at his home. Ronny Ervin was a true redneck. He loved to drive fast cars, and to outrun authorities on back roads. He hated to wear shoes. He once fought a rattlesnake with a tire iron and won. He loved his family and hated cancer. He has no more pain, the suffering is over. Rest in Peace Ronny, drive as fast as you want.

He was a husband, a father, a friend, and strong minded man. His word was all he had. He loved music and cars, but his loving wife of twenty-four years and two daughters owned the biggest part of his heart. While our hearts are filled with sadness, our eyes with tears, to our heart he will always be near. The day will come when we will all meet up again, but until that day our family will not be complete; Ronny will always be loved and never forgotten. Preceded in death by mother, Betty Ann Tucker.

He is survived by wife, Gina Lynn Ervin of Clinton, TN; daughters, Leslie Ann Ervin and Miranda Denise Ervin both of Clinton, TN; granddaughter, Jailynn Brianna Bass; brother and sister-in-law George Edward and Denise Ervin of Panama City, FL; sisters, Leanna Ervin Averill of Perry, FL and Cindy Ervin Vaulton of Knoxville, TN; mother-in-law and father-in-law, Ray and Vicky Blue; brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Troy and Casey Sikes; and several nieces and nephews.

Family and friends are invited to attend a memorial service at 1:00 pm, Saturday, September 22, 2012, at Rose Mortuary Broadway Chapel. Interment will be private. The family will receive friends from 11:00 am until 1:00 pm Saturday at Rose Mortuary Broadway Chapel. Online obituary may be viewed and condolences extended at www.rosemortuary.com.
