Harry Elbin Holton, 89, St. Petersburg, Fla., formerly of Altoona, died Friday Sept. 24, 1999, at Bayfront Medical Center, St. Petersburg.
He was born Aug. 10, 1910, in Altoona. He married Marian O. Edwards Jan. 21, 1935 in Cumberland, MD. She died July 14, 1999.
Mr. Holton was a member of Central Bible Church, St. Petersburg, and a former member of First Church of God, Altoona.
He retired as a furniture delivery man from Perma House Interiors, St. Petersburg, in 1976, and had previously been employed as a brakeman for the Pennsylvania Railroad.
Surviving are a son, H. Edward of Tampa, Fla.; two sisters: Irene Corbett of Altoona and Marian Craiger of Elkhart, Ind.; a brother, Dale of Baltimore; two grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
Arrangements are being made by Anderson-McQueen Funeral Homes and Cremation Services, St. Petersburg.
