CUT BANK - Betty Jane (Crouch) Salois, 75, a retired bookkeeper at the Cut Bank IGA, died of natural causes Wednesday, Sept. 12, at a Great Falls hospital.
She was born in Malta to Calvin and Edna (Cardwell) Crouch. After growing up in Malta and helping out in Oregon and Montana with family, she settled in Cut Bank after marrying Everett K. Salois. After several jobs in Cut Bank, she worked as the Office Manager for and retired from the Cut Bank IGA.
She was preceded in death by her brothers, Weston and Cal Crouch; her sisters, Gretta Hale and Shirley Jones; and her loving husband, Everett Salois.
Survivors include her companion of 20 years, her eldest son of Great Falls; daughter of Cut Bank, and son of Helena. She has numerous grandchildren.
