Wagner through having a remarkable constitution was compelled to succumb to his woounds after lingering for several days with a bullet in the body.
The Doctors did all that science could suggest but could not save the man's life.
The body was brought to Saunemin this morning and will be buried there.
Michael Wagner was about 18 years odl. He came to Livingston County 5 years ago, and was until lately regarded as a prosperous stock dealer. With the wife who is not a widow he had 14 children: 9 of whom are yet living.
Wagner's affairs became somewhat involved of late, but his brothers who are in good circumstances declare that the estate will be settled up without loss to anybody and they appear to be able to make good their word.
