Born in Spokane, WA, he passed away at his Concord home at the age of 96. A retired general building contractor and area resident for more than 70 years, he and his brother, Cecil, built many homes in Contra Costa and El Dorado counties. Predeceased by his wife, Olive, of over 71 years, he is survived by a son, Donald of Rocklin, daughters, Sharon Aiello of South Lake Tahoe and Janet Duncan of Concord , 9 grandchildren, 27 great-grandchildren, 7 great-great-grandchildren, brother, Keneth Wygal, and sister, Barbara Meadors.
