Agnes B. Phillippi of Rockwood, died May 5, 1982, in Meyersdale Community Hospital. She was the daughter of B.F. and Sadie E. (Critchfield) Phillippi. She is survived by a nephew, James B. Phillippi of Rockwood and 18 great-nieces and nephews. She taught piano for more than 50 years in Rockwood, Meyersdale and Salisbury. She was a member of St. Luke's Lutheran Church where she served as organist for many years; member of the National Retired Teachers Association. She was preceded in death by her parents and a brother, Herbert P. Phillippi. Funeral services were conducted in the William J. Wood Funeral Home, Rockwood with the Rev. Gergory Pile officiating. Interment, Rockwood I.O.O.F. Cemetery
