MORRlS--Melvern Bailey. 63, died Wednesday night of heart attack at his home on the New Berlin Road.
Funeral services will be held at 2:30 p. m. Saturday. The Rev. Wilfred Lyons, pastor of Morris Methodist Church, will officiate. Burial will be in Hillington Cemetery.
Mr. Bailey was born July 31, 1890, at Morris, son of Charles and Clara (Bakin) Bailey. He married Florence Foote, Nov. 14, 1915, at Morris. He was a farmer and a Morris school bus for several years. Mr. Bailey lived in Morris his entire life. He was a member of the Morris Methodist Church and Louisville Grange.
Survivors include his wife, son, Louis; and an adopted daughter, Josephine Holden; a sister, Mrs. Florence Mallory, Morris; a brother, Earl Bailey, of Hamden, and several nieces and nephews.
