Donald Mark Colbaugh, 85, of Isanti, MN, died Thurs, Sept 6, 2012. Donald Mark Colbaugh was born Jan. 30, 1927, in Medford, OR. He was preceded in death by: his parents; two brothers; and his son :Matt. He served in the US Army during WWII as a medic and was one of the guards at the Nuremberg Trials. He owned Isanti Custom Cabinets for 30 years and contributed to his community when ever he could. He loved to hunt, fish and garden. The family would like to express their sincere gratitude to hospice and all the great people who truly cared for their husband and father. He is survived by his soulmate and wife of 30 years: Norma Jean Colbaugh; and their combined family of Mike, Mark and Jeannie Colbaugh; Mike and William McGonnigil; Linda Leight and Barbara Brown; as well as by 16 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren. There will be a grave side service at North Isanti Baptist Cemetery on Satu, Sep 22, 2012, at 2:30pm. The family and friends will then meet at the old Isanti VFW.
