Walter Irle Services Set
Funeral services for Walter Irle, who died Sunday at 11:45 a.m. in a local hospital, will be held Tuesday, Jan. 21, at 2 p. m. in the Seydler-Hill Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Clyde Poldrack officiating. Interment will be in the Thompsonville cemetery.
Mr. Irle was born Oct. 27, 1906 in Gonzales County, the son of John Fredrich and Fanny Conway Irle. He married the former Anna Lea Martin on Dec. 2, 1934 and the couple made their home on Rt 1 Harwood. Mr. Irle, a farmer and rancher, served 13 years admaintence engineer at Warm Springs.
Survivors are his widow; one son, Gene Irle of Houston; four granddaughter, Sherry, Kelly, and Kari Jo; one sister, Mrs. Lola Rager of Waco; one brother, Jim Irle of Beaumont; and many nieces and nephews.
His nephews will be pallbearers.
