TOMMY W. HICKS
LAMPASAS Services for Tommy Wayne Hicks, 57, of Lometa will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday at First Baptist Church in San Saba with the Rev. Sam Crosby officiating.
Burial will be in Senterfitt Cemetery near Lometa.
Mr. Hicks died Saturday, Jan. 6, at a Houston hospital .
He was born in Lampasas to Robert Hicks and Jennie Mae Towerton Hicks and he married Tico Brister on June 3, 1972, in Lometa. He was a heavy equipment operator for LCRA and he served in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War. He was a Baptist.
Survivors are his wife, of Lometa; two daughters, Tonya Hicks of Stephenville and Tara Roberson of Dublin; five brothers, Paul Hicks of Lometa, Raymond Hicks and Jim Hicks, both of Bend, John Hicks of Alvarado and Roland Hicks of Clifton; five sisters, Willie Morgan of Tow, Shirley of Godley, Pam Hicks of Corsicana, Kathy of San Saba and Roxie Schlegle of Burnet.
Visitation will be 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. today at Sneed Funeral Home in Lampasas
