She was born April 14, 1928 in Fayette County, the daughter of the late Preston and Leanor Crabtree Slone. Mrs. Warfield was a. member of Antioch Christian Church. She is surived by her husband Ben R. Warfield Jr.; one daughter, Patricia D. Lyman, Lexington; one stepdaughter, Theresa Erickson, WI; ohe sister4 Edna Hall, Lexington; two, brothers, George and Shelby Slone, Lexington; two grandchildren, Kristi Forman and Chasta Lyman; one great-grandson, Zaachariah Thomas Forman. There will be a gathering of family and friends on Thursday, April 15, from 6-9 p.m. at Whitehall Funeral Chapel where services will be held on Friday at 11:30 a.m. with Rev. Byron Jessup officiating. Burial will be in Blue Grass Memorial Gardens. Memorial contributions. may be directed to Hospice of the Bluegrass.
