Milton: Rachel Iva Berry Musselman, 71, of Milton, Indiana, passed away Sunday April 10, 2011 at Reid Hospital in Richmond, Indiana. Rachel was born in Trenton, New Jersey on August 27, 1939, the daughter of the late Lois Raymond and the adopted daughter of the late Heber and Iva Berry of Machias, Maine. Formerly of Straughn, Rachel has made her home in Milton for the past 46 years. She was a loving mother, grandmother and great- grandmother who loved to read, sew, do puzzles and watch game shows. She was an advid bingo player and member of the American Legion Post 169 Womens Auxillary.
Survivors include 1 son, David Griggs of Milton; 5 daughters, Debbie Glisson of Orlando, Fl., Sherry (Bobby) Schoettmer of Connersville, Shelia (Joe) Tompkins of Brookville, Shannon (Byron) Ayers of Columbus and Jenni (Ernie) Roberts of Connersville, 4 brothers, Andrew, Frank, Danny and Steven; 2 sisters, Faith and Agnes; 16 grandchildren, Samantha (Travis), Erma (Mike), Katrina (Justin), Josh, Tyler, Shane, Stephanie, Dylan, Brandon, Nick, Toby, Cheyenne, Nate, Tanner, Taisha and Trevis; 5 great-grandchildren, Justin, Alexander, Audrey, Garrett and Xavier.
Visitation will be from 11 a.m. until the time of services at 2 p.m. on Friday April 15, 2011 at the Marshall & Erlewein Funeral Home, Dublin. Rev. Danny Berry will officiate. Burial will follow at the West Side Cemetery in Milton.
