Ansara, Ernest Ernie, formerly of Waltham, passed on Sept.9th in Tucson, AZ. Husband of the late Doris Ansara, he is survived by 3 children: Ernie and Pat (Beninati) of CA Judy (Ansara) Campbell and Steve Peiser of Watertown, and Deb (Ansara) and Tim Rossi of AZ. Also survived by 6 grandchildren: Kimberly Barnum and Kiersten Scott of CA, Maura (Campbell) Taylor and Brendan Campbell of Waltham, Todd Campbell of NY, and Adam Laperriere of AZ; 7 great grandchildren; his brother Jim Ansara of CT, and niece Pat (Ansara) Dutra of MA, and several nieces and nephews. A veteran of the US Army, he proudly served in WWII, a former Commander of the VFW Sullivan Post 10334 in Waltham, and MA State VFW Commander. Burial will be private.
