The Gates Ajar.

Mrs. Younger, the mother of Charles F. Younger, who died day before yesterday, died yesterday at about noon. The funeral of the son, which was to have taken place yesterday, has been postponed and both will be buried today from her residence at 2 p.m. Several of the other children are dead, and it seems as if this last blow was too much for the mother. The remains of her son were brought to her house yesterday morning, and while gazing upon the face of the dead she fell on the coffin in a dead faint. She was removed to bed where she revived for a few moments. She told those beside her that she had been with her children and must now bid the world goodbye. The goodbye was her last breath and the eyes of the mother were closed in death.
