Edwin A. Dahms, 81, of Lockeford Calif, died Sunday, Oct. 3, 1976, at a local Convalescent Hospital following a long illness.
A native of Feuersville, he came to this area in 1929. He had a Walnut Ranch in Linden until 1968 when he retired and moved to Lockeford. He also had been employed by the F.M.Grissel Tractor Sales Co. in Stockton as parts man for over 21 years retiring from that job in 1950.
He was a 50 year member and past Master, two terms of the Belle Masonic Lodge 373 AF&AM.
Survivors include his wife, Martha E. Dahms of Lockeford, a daughter, Norma Jean Bechtold of Lockeford and a grandson.
Funeral services were Wed, in the chapel of Gierhart and Wells Funeral Home with Rev. Herbert Schaal of Ebenezer Congregational Church officiating. Interment was at Lodi Memorial Cemetery.
