He was born Sept. 24, 1943, in Williams County, N.D., the
son of the late Haakon Hove and Evelyn Smith Hove. Lyle
was a member of Lakewood Baptist Church in Louisville and
an area manager for Baker Performance Chemicals.
Lyle is survived by his wife of 48 years, Ilene (Moe) Hove; daughters, Terrilynn (Tom) Jurich and Michelle (Steven) Whites of South Jordan, Utah; sons, Kevin Hove of Tioga, N.D., and Kyle (Angela) of La Grande, Ore.; 19 grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; two brothers; one sister, and several
nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by two sisters, Beatta Gilbertson
and Jeanette Ritterman.
A celebration of life was held Wednesday, Sept. 12 at Lakewood Baptist Church in Louisville. Burial took place in Beaver Creek Lutheran Church Cemetery in Ray, N.D. Pearson Ratterman Funeral Home was entrusted with arrangements.
