Son of Stephen Gardner & Jemima Worth, probably born 11 Oct 1746 [unless Quaker date reading is wrong]

He married Abigail Pinkham , 27 Nov 1766 in Nantucket daughter of Shubael Pinkham and Eunice Gardner

WILL:
1. It is my will and desire that ll my just debts and funeral charges be paid off and discharged by my executors hereafter named.
2. I give and bequeath to my daughter Abigail Worth of Indianna $300
3.... to my daughter Mirian Gardner $500
4.... to to my daughter Eunice Worth $500
5.... to my daughter Rhoda Coffin $200
6.... to my grandsons John Gardern and Stephan T. Gardner, sons of Stephen Gardner, deceased and their Heirs all that tract of Land whereon their mother Mary Gardner now lives, in Guilford County. Containing 180 acres more of less to be equally divided between them.
7.... I give and devise to my grandson Franklin Gardner, son of Stephan aforesaid, deceased and his heirs all that tract of lang in Randolph County situated on the south side of the main Road leading fromSalem to Fayettville containing 140 acres more of less including the Lanyeard being the southern half of that Plantation for merlay owned by Shubal Gardner, deceased and whereon Capt. .Sidney Porter now lives. And also I give to the said Franklin on Quarter of an acre of Land on the north side of said Salem & Fayetteville Road for which I exchanged one Quarter of an acre of Land on the South side of the road with Captl Sidney Porter. I also give Franklin Gardner all the tops and untensils belonging to the Pan Yard and $200.
8.... to my Grand Daughter, Sally Catharine, daughter of Stephen Gardner, dec. $60.
9.... to my Grand Daughter Isabella Gardner $100
10.... to my Grand Daughter Elizabeth Gardner $100
11.... to my Grand Daughter Caroline Gardner $100
12.... to my Grand Daughters Abigail Gardner and Mary Gardner, daughters of Shabial Gardner, Deceased, $100 each.
13.... I give, bequeath and devise all the rest residue and Remainder of my Estate both Real and personal of every descroption whatsoever, (not herto fore mentioned and disposed of) by

my two sons; George and Able Gardner
to them and their heirs forever to be equatlly divided share and share alike between them. And I appoint them Executors of this my Last Will and Testement. Signed the third day of the twelth month A.D. 1826. Stephan Gardner
