Janette A. Shockley, 88, of Hillsville, passed away on Thursday, December 25, 2014 at the Waddell Nursing and Rehab in Galax. Mrs. Shockley was preceded in death by her parents, Kemper and Ruth Rector Andrews, her husband, Carl Jackson Shockley, and a beloved daughter-in-law, Kathy Shockley
Mrs. Shockley is survived by her children, Jack Shockley and wife, Fern of, Max Meadows, Jim Shockley and wife, Carolyn of, Blacksburg and Jerry Shockley of, Woodlawn, brother Robert Andrews, Baywood. She is also survived by her Grandchildren, Steve and Shelly Shockley, Doug and Jan Harless, Greg and Cheryl Shockley, Kevin and Jaclyn Shockley, Brad and Amy Shockley, her Great- Grandchildren, Victoria Shockley, Jackson Shockley, Paige Harless and Aubrianna Shockley.
Graveside services will be held on Sunday, December 28, 2014 at 4:00 P.M. in the Dalton Hill Cemetery.
