FRITCH - Hubert J. Hill, 89, died Tuesday, Nov. 7, 2000, in Amarillo.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Friday in First Southern Baptist Church with the Rev. Brad Foster, pastor of Calvary Baptist Church of Dumas, officiating. Burial will be in Westlawn Cemetery of Borger by Brown Funeral Directors of Borger.
Mr. Hill was born in Paris and had lived in Fritch for the past 20 years. He retired from Phillips Petroleum Co. as a maintenance supervisor. He was a Baptist.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Ellen J. Hill, in 1993.
Survivors include two daughters, Ruth Ellen Hill of Amarillo and Louise Chester of Dallas; a sister, Ruth Hill of Glendale, Ariz.; four grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
