Thomas Weaver was a resident of Newport and Middleton, Rhode Island. On December 3, 1684, he had ten acres of land laid out to him in East Greenwich, Rhode Island. In 1696 to 1710, 1715, 1721 to 1723 he served as deputy to the General Assembly. On February 18, 1702, he was one of the proprietors of the common lands. Thomas was instrimental in having Middleton seperated from Newport.
