DISHONG - Mary Lou, 87, formerly of Hornerstown, most recently of Williamsburg, went to be with her loving Savior Sept. 3, 2012, at Garvey Manor, Hollidaysburg. Born May 15, 1925, in Carrolltown, daughter of the late Ray and Adeline (Burns) Humphrey. Preceded in death by her husband, Albert J. Dishong; sister, Dolores Ciaramitaro; and daughter-in-law, Catherine (Shiemke) Dishong. Survived by children, Dennis Dishong, Clearwater, Fla.; David Dishong, and wife, Linda (Williams), Williamsburg; Albert Paul Dishong, and wife, Linda (Vitko), East Freedom; and Daniel Dishong, Johnstown; grandchildren, Nicole, Andrea, Todd, Stefanie, David, Kurt, Shawn, Eli and Sarah; 12 great-grandchildren, brother, Robert Burns, Michigan; and sisters, Eleanor Oosterveen, Marguerite Pierron and Marlene Kershaw, all of Michigan. Member of St. John Gualbert Cathedral, where she was a member of the Catholic Daughters of America and the St. Ann Society. Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at John Henderson Co. Funeral Home, 215 Central Ave., where funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. Friday, Father John F. Brezovec officiating. Entombment, Grandview Mausoleum. The family suggests memorial contributions be made to Garvey Manor, 1037 S. Logan Blvd., Hollidaysburg, Pa. 16648.
